My journey as a photographer, videographer, and entrepreneur began not with a camera but instead, with a basketball. Since I was four years old, basketball was a focal point of my life. At the age of 10, I learned how to edit simple basketball highlight videos of myself along with gaming videos. With all the money my fourteen-year-old self saved up, I bought my first camera. Throughout my freshman year, I would spend one hour on the court with my JV team and the next filming my school’s varsity team. Though basketball was a significant part of my start as a videographer, DeezyHoopsTV soon became Paolo Films after a football video garnered the attention of my local community. Photography and videography transformed from a simple hobby into the foundation of my very own business.
